01. Digital Marketplace Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (source code, templates, and downloadable software assets), refunds are subject to strict conditions to prevent platform abuse:

• Download Threshold: Buyers are eligible for a full refund of a digital product purchase only if they have not initiated or completed any file downloads. Once a product file or license has been downloaded, the transaction is final and strictly non-refundable.
• Seller Responsibility: If a digital product is verifiably non-functional, falsely described, or missing core features advertised on the marketplace page, buyers must contact support within 7 days. We will audit the product and reserve the right to issue a refund and remove the fraudulent listing.

02.Escrow & Freelancer Service Contracts

BotDigit provides milestone-based escrow protection. Funds deposited into escrow are held securely until specific conditions are met:

• Contract Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by mutual agreement before milestone delivery, or if the freelancer fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, any funded, unreleased escrow milestones will be fully refunded to the client's platform wallet.
• Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding milestone quality or completion, either the client or the freelancer can initiate dispute mediation. Disputed funds are locked in escrow until the dispute is resolved by our arbitration team. The final arbitration decision dictates how the escrow is distributed.

03.Wallet Top-Ups, Withdrawals & Anti-Exchange Safeguards

Funds deposited into your BotDigit wallet via top-ups are non-refundable directly back to the original credit card or crypto sender address as an immediate payment reversal. Instead, users can withdraw their available, non-escrowed wallet balances back to their connected bank account or destination wallet at any time using the platform's standard withdrawal interface, subject to standard processing and network fees.

04. Subscription Plan Cancellations

Users subscribing to recurring freelancer, client, or agency packages (e.g. Pro, Scale, Agency) can cancel recurring auto-renewal at any time via the billing panel.

Upon cancellation, the subscription privileges remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. BotDigit does not issue cash or pro-rata refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

05.Strict Non-Refundable Policy on Role Activations & Plans

• Instant Digital Consumption: Role activation fees cover immediate identity onboarding, AML/anti-spam vetting, network security validation, and instant platform bidding quota allocations. Because these digital services and network resources are consumed and provisioned immediately upon payment, no refunds (whether to external cards, bank accounts, crypto wallets, or internal platform balances) are provided.
• No Outcome-Based Refunds: The activation fee provides platform access and proposal allowances for the entire 365-day entitlement period. It is an access fee, NOT payment for guaranteed project awards, client responses, interviews, or earnings. Bidding results on an open, competitive marketplace do not entitle any user to a refund.
• Prepaid Duration Protection (Subscription Stacking): If you hold an annual plan (e.g. Starter) and purchase a monthly upgrade (e.g. Pro), your unused annual duration is never lost or refunded as cash; instead, your remaining annual days are safely paused and automatically reactivated when your monthly tier concludes.
• Technical Assistance, Not Monetary Refunds: If a user encounters any technical issue on the platform, BotDigit provides full technical support and, where appropriate, restores proposal allowances or extends platform access time. Technical inquiries or platform updates do not establish any right to a monetary refund.

06.Stripe, Razorpay & Crypto Compliance Rules

BotDigit integrates with secure payment networks to process global card, bank, UPI, and local currency transfers.

• Stripe Transactions: International card, wallet, and bank transfer payments are processed through Stripe. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and recovery procedures under applicable law.
• Razorpay Transactions: International and domestic credit/debit card payments, multi-currency transactions, Indian Rupee (INR) payments, UPI, and net banking are processed via Razorpay under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.
• Cryptocurrency & Web3: Blockchain stablecoin transactions (USDT/USDC) are decentralized and irreversible. BotDigit cannot cancel, reverse, or retrieve blockchain transfers sent to incorrect addresses.

07.Eligible Refund & Payout Timelines

For eligible refund transactions (undownloaded digital products or cancelled milestone escrow):

• Platform Wallet Credits: Eligible escrow milestone cancellations and approved digital product returns credited to your internal BotDigit platform wallet are completed instantaneously.
• External Payment Gateway Refunds: Where an eligible product refund is approved back to your original payment card, processing takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycles.
• Wallet Withdrawals: Standard wallet balance withdrawals to bank accounts or connected crypto addresses are processed within 24–48 hours.
