Real estate photo editor - 15 listings a week, HDR blending and window pulls
Project Deliverables & Description
I photograph about 15 properties a week and need a reliable editor for exposure blending, window pulls, sky replacement where the sky is blown out, straightened verticals and consistent colour. Photos arrive as bracketed RAW files by shared folder, and I need them back within 24 hours. Please include two before and after samples from similar work and your price per photo.
Editing takes my evenings and I am turning down bookings.
Key Deliverables:
- Onboarding & First Cycle of Work: Getting access and context, then completing the first period of agreed work.
- Ongoing Delivery & Monthly Review: Continuing the agreed work with a review of results and priorities for the next period.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, HDR Blending, Real Estate Photography
- Async communication preferred with milestone check-ins.
- Final deliverables must include organized Figma source files.
- Full commercial copyright transfer upon final milestone release.
