When an enterprise user signs up with a corporate domain, we want to look up company size and revenue, update our CRM, and post an alert in our sales Slack room.
We want to automate this but keep a human review checkpoint before final confirmation.
Preferred tooling: n8n + Apollo / Clay API + Slack Webhooks. The accountant needs the original transaction IDs preserved.
Performance has gradually degraded as our data/traffic has grown.
