We are seeking an expert Laravel developer to integrate a secure, client-facing portal into our existing real estate management system. This portal will specifically handle medical facility lease agreements and related critical documentation for our clientele in the Netherlands.

Detailed Requirements

We require a seasoned Laravel developer with a strong focus on security and clean code architecture. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel: Deep understanding of framework internals, best practices, and security features (authentication, authorization, data encryption).

• Experience with secure data handling: Knowledge of implementing secure file storage, access control, and ensuring data privacy (GDPR compliance is crucial).

• Frontend integration skills: Ability to build an intuitive and responsive user interface within the existing Laravel application structure (Blade templates).

• Database expertise: Proficiency in working with MySQL databases, optimizing queries, and integrating seamlessly with existing schemas.
