We are redesigning our SaaS onboarding flow to improve activation. The current 4-step wizard feels clunky and lacks clear visual hierarchy. We need an experienced UI/UX designer to craft a clean, modern Figma prototype including empty states, micro-interactions, and responsive desktop and tablet layouts.

Drop-off during the initial account setup step is higher than expected due to confusing form layouts.

Key Deliverables:

• Creative Direction, Wireframes & Moodboard: Style exploration, layout framing, and visual design concept approval.

• High-Fidelity Component & Screen Design: Detailed screen crafting in Figma with responsive component variants.

• Design System Tokens & Source File Handoff: Exporting organized Figma assets, typography specs, and commercial rights transfer.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Illustrator, Logo Design, Brand Identity, Vector Art

• Async communication preferred with milestone check-ins.

• Final deliverables must include organized Figma source files with component variants.

• Full commercial copyright transfer upon final milestone release.
