Next.js App Router dynamic route returning 404 on CurePulse patient portal

Our MedTech platform is experiencing an intermittent 404 error on dynamic patient dashboard routes following our recent Next.js deployment.
We recently updated our patient dashboard to use Next.js dynamic routing, but navigating directly or refreshing /dashboard/patient/[id] throws a 404 error. The routes work fine when using internal links, so we suspect it's a configuration or middleware redirection issue. Need a quick Next.js developer to identify the bug and deploy a fix ASAP.
