Project Overview:
We need a simple tool added to our existing Laravel admin panel to let our staff bulk-update tracking statuses via a CSV upload.

Requirements:
We run Pacific Express Logistics, an e-commerce delivery service in the Philippines. I need a quick, reliable CSV upload feature built into our existing Laravel 9 dashboard. The tool should allow our operations team to upload a CSV file with two columns: 'tracking_number' and 'current_status', and update our MySQL database accordingly. It needs basic validation to handle incorrect tracking numbers gracefully.

Deliverables:

1. A new Blade view with a simple file upload input.

1. A Laravel Controller handling CSV validation, parsing, and database updates.
