🚀Role Overview & Mission

We are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to architect and scale BotDigit's core microservices, zero-fee buyer escrow state machines, multi-rail payout engines, and high-concurrency Axum services. You will design fault-tolerant systems handling real-time financial transitions with sub-5ms latencies.

🎯Qualifications & Stack Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience writing high-performance Rust. • Deep understanding of async runtimes (Tokio), Axum/Actix, SQLx, and connection pooling. • Experience with distributed state consistency, event streams (Kafka/Redis PubSub), and idempotent transaction processing. • Familiarity with cryptographic signatures, HMAC validation, and financial escrow logic. • Track record of profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing memory & CPU usage.
