Smart Schools JO helps the schools to manage the teaching process. It has 4 stakeholders 1-Manager 2-Teacher 3Driver 4- Parent
-every stakeholder has its permissions and roles.
1-Parent: the parent can see the grades of students, track his bus on a live amps , contact with driver and teacher, add reading logs (this feature will encourage the student to read the student can weekly add the books, draw drawings about books and share it with his friends), update the status of the student to absent and receive notifications .
2-Teacher: can add grades for reading logs, exams, quizzes, and contact with parents, send broadcast messages, add events to the class calendar.
3-Manager: add school events, send broadcast messages, track buses, contact with parents, teachers, and drivers.
4-Driver: can see a list of students that he should pick up/deliver them, contact with parents, see the location of the nearest home, and change the status of students.
