Shipping Rate by Distance for WooCommerce

Shipping Rate by Distance allows you to easily charge customers for shipping based on the distance between you shipping location and theirs. The plugin allows you to set fixed shipping rates per multiple KM/Mile ranges, or set a price KM/Mile for each range. It also enables you to define a minimum order amount for each rule, which makes it possible to offer discounted shipping price for customer with high value orders.
